Refund policy

Every order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your book ships. Email lontrapress@gmail.com and I'll refund it, no questions asked.

Once your book has shipped, if it arrives damaged, send me a photo and I'll replace it or refund you. If you simply change your mind after delivery, contact me within 30 days and return the book in resalable condition at your own cost for a refund of the purchase price.

If you're in the EU: EU law gives you 14 days from the day the book arrives to change your mind and send it back, no reason required. My policy above already gives you 30, so you get the longer one.

To use it, email lontrapress@gmail.com and tell me you're cancelling. There's no form to fill out and you don't owe me a reason. You pay the return postage. I'll refund the purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping you paid, back to the card you used, within 14 days of the book getting back to me or you showing me it's on its way, whichever comes first.
