Shipping policy

These are preorders. Books are printed after the preorder window closes, then signed and packed by hand before shipping.

I don't have a shipping date and won't invent one. I'll post updates as the books are printed, signed, and packed, and you'll get an email with tracking when yours goes out.

Domestic shipping is a flat 10 dollars. International rates are calculated at checkout. International buyers may owe VAT, duties, or a customs handling fee on delivery — that's charged by your own country, not by me.
